ACCOUNTING
Our clients are provided with value-added service regularly enabling the client to grow with the business and develop an all-round understanding and financial feel for the business.
PAYROLL
This service is offered monthly and includes monthly payroll reporting, payslips generation, the EMP201 Report, bi-annual EMP501 and submission to SARS.
TAXATION SERVICES
This service will ensure annual compliance with the taxation laws and requirements for businesses and individuals.
VAT REVIEWS
Suited to larger firms, VAT review service is available to businesses who want their VAT submissions to be checked by external accountants.
AD-HOC SITE AUDIT
Ad-hoc site audits are required by some clients as part of their own internal compliance requirements as set out in their company policies and manuals.
COMPANY STATUTORY
We offer a complete company statutory service to all businesses which comprises of company registrations, updating company registers, issuing of share certificates, all changes to registered documents and statutory reviews.
INTERNAL COMPLIANCE REVIEWS
It’s a crucial element in that SARS is becoming very serious about non-compliant entities operating in the system. These reviews are also ad-hoc but can be included in the customized packages.

Nemesis Accounting Director, Shani Naidoo, has been in the Accounting industry since 1998, moving to private practice in 2005. Shani served on the Midrand Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) EXCO board as Financial Director for the years of 2006 and 2007. In 2004, Shani successfully executed the PAYE/Tax audit for the Discovery Group through their outsourced Human Resources provider: IDCS Outsources HR Services.
