PHAHAMANG TRAINING (PTY) LTD

Phahamang Training is a 50% black female owned company which strives for perfection in the corporate world. One of Phahamang Training’s objectives is to contribute in the education and training of the South African youth. They believe in sharing knowledge, not hoarding it, because an investment in knowledge yields the best returns.

One of the Phahamang Training owners decided with the assistance of her able partner to establish a company to help bridge that gap by extending the knowledge she has acquired over the years to potential accountants and bookkeepers.

In the modern era businesses must strive to be seen to be giving back to the community. Triple bottom line reporting is becoming something more and more modern businesses are eager to achieve. Triple bottom line reporting consists of three dimensions; social, financial and environmental. While most businesses will focus on the financial side it is important to remember that social and environmental aspects are just as important.

Phanamang Training’s main mission of the company is to identify young aspiring individuals in the accounting and bookkeeping field and train them in all aspects of business and so equip them to become future assets to the South African economy. This is just one example of how one company is giving back to the economy.

The youth of today are struggling to get jobs due to the few opportunities available to them and the lack of skills and experience that is required of them. The best chance they have at not only getting a job, but a career is to empower them by proving them with skills for the future. Help the youth of South Africa today to ensure that they have a better tomorrow.

Phahamang Training offers Complete Accounting Solutions with the added benefit of assisting in the training of future accountants and bookkeepers.
